The novelty at PCG print is that in addition to the ecological cardboard furniture we can offer our customers new ecological materials perfect for businesses, trade shows, events or personal projects.
Banners are large format displays that can be used both indoors and outdoors and are perfect for promoting any type of offer and promotion you have. In its ECO version, the banners are made with a polyester fabric of 220 gr and offer an appearance and resistance similar to a standard one, but in this case free of PVC and completely biodegradable.
Forex Eco is a material perfectly designed for high quality digital printing, great for signs, posters and window dressing. The panel is composed of white polypropylene with a honeycomb core making it lightweight, durable, weather resistant and fully recyclable.
The Dispa is self-proclaimed as the alternative to indoor signage. It is a material made up of an embossed paper structure composed entirely of ecological cellulose fibres. Its composition offers a lightweight material that is easy to cut in order to create original shapes without damaging the product, perfect for creating solutions for short-lasting campaigns.
These three materials are printed with recycled inks and UV free of volatile organic compounds, following the strictest environmental regulations. In addition, for other types of large format printing, at PCG print we work with latex inks, which have the UL Greenguard Gold ecological certificate, that guarantees a commitment to the environment and are characterized by having a water-based composition.
Thanks to our equipment, at PCG we can also offer different types of products, such as brochures, notebooks or catalogues, printed on a wide variety of ecological or recycled paper, whose difference lies in their origins.
The ecological paper has the FSC certification of the Forest Stewardship Council, which guarantees the consumer that the wood to make paper comes from sustainably managed forests and shows that in obtaining it there has been no illegal logging or irregular production practices, in addition, for each tree that is felled for consumption, two are replanted, avoiding deforestation of the forest.
For its part, recycled paper is manufactured from used paper and its production uses raw materials that are recovered from recycled paper or cardboard, which are subjected to processes of de-inking and bleaching to be reused.
