2019 Calendar templates

At PCG we created 9 Indesign format calendar templates that we offer you to customize.
They are intended to be used in the workplace, but can also be used for personal use. They can be positive for your brand visibility if they are present in the daily environment of your clients, you can also use them to exhibit your products.

• You can contact us by email at the address down this page to ask about the calendar templates.
  • Option 1: We send you a zip that includes fonts, an Indesign file and a PDF one. The files include an image or design as an example, it can easily be changed.
  • Option 2: Send us your photos by email or through wetransfer indicating reference and size of the calendar.
    • Reference 1029, 1529, 5331: 13 horizontal photos.
    • Reference 5726: 1 horizontal photo
    • Reference 8715 1 horizontal photo for the cover and 12 verticals.
• They’re available in Catalan, Spanish, French and English.
• A sticker sheet comes with some of the templates.

A3 or A4 CALENDAR WITH SPIRAL (Ref. 1029)

Size: 42×29.7cm or 29.7x21cm horizontal.
Support: matt coated 200gr.
No. of pages: 28 (printed on both sides) with 12 pictures + 12 calendars + covers.
Binding: spiral.
Option: include a sheet of stickers.
Includes hole to hang on the wall.
Space to add events and notes.
Cover to place photo or design, two pages with the annual calendar plus one page per month with pictures.

A4 STAPLED CALENDAR (Ref. 1529)

Size: 29.7x21cm horizontal.
Support: matt coated 200gr.
No. of pages: 28 (printed on both sides) with 12 pictures + 12 calendars + covers.
Binding: stapled.
Includes hole to hang on the wall.
Space to add events and notes.
Cover to place photo or design, two pages with the annual calendar and one page per month with pictures.
It’s more economical and faster to produce.

A3 or A4 HORIZONTAL CALENDAR (Ref. 7804)

Size: 42×29.7 or 29.7x21cm horizontal.
Support: matt coated 200gr.
No. of pages: 14 (printed on one or both sides).
Binding: spiral with hook.
Option: include a sheet of stickers.
It has a practical hook to place it on the wall.
Space to add events and notes.
Cover to place photo or design, one page with an annual calendar and one page per month without pictures.

Size: 29.7×42 or 21×29.7 cm vertical.
Support: matt coated 200gr.

Size: 21×14.8 cm horizontal.
Support: matt coated 200gr.

Binding: spiral.
With triangular base.
Cover to place photo or design, one page with an annual calendar and one page per month with pictures.
Picture and monthly calendar on the same page.

TRIANGULAR TABLE CALENDAR (Ref. 5726)

Size: 21×11.5 cm horizontal.
Support: 300 gr.
No. of pages: 1
Cleft and double-faced tape.
Option: Laminated for minimum quantity of 100 calendars.
One side with the annual calendar and the other with an image or design.

PLANNER A3 (Ref.1720)

Size: 42×29.7 cm horizontal.
Support: 80gr offset.
No. of pages: 54 (printed on one side).
Binding: perfect bound.
Option: include a sheet of stickers.
Practical to organize and make lists.
One sheet per week of the year.
It contains an annual calendar at the bottom of each sheet.

BOOK MARK (Ref. 8308)

Size: 5×18 cm vertical or 18×5 cm horizontal.
Support: 300gr matt coated (option to plastified with a minimum amount) / 300gr untearable waterproof paper.
No. of pages: 2 (printed on both sides).

POSTER A3 (Ref. 8110)

Size: 29.7×42 cm vertical or 42×29.7 cm horizontal.
Support: 300gr coated.
No. of pages: 1
Annual calendar.
