International Women’s Day 2018
Just like every year, this 8th of March we will celebrate the International Women’s Day. As an advocate for Women’s Rights and a participant to the UN Global Compact, PCG is proud to take part in this important event with you.

Last year’s Women’s Day took a more militant approach with movements such as #MeToo or #TimesUp and focused on improving gender equality in the business world.
This year, the theme is #PressForProgress. Lately, there has been a strong, global call for action, and the idea is to stay motivated and keep fighting for gender parity. As a company, we feel involved and responsible for driving this movement.
Unfortunately, pressure and forced resignation are still a pretty common thing in many businesses when it comes to pregnancy and motherhood.
One of the principles of the UN Global Compact is the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
At PCG, we try to make working hours more flexible for mothers (or fathers, if they wish so) in order to reconcile work and family life.In addition, we are truly committed to gender equality, there are as many women as men employed in our company.
